Indonesia’s women and China’s men win FIBA 3×3 U18 Asia Cup 2017
Indonesia’s women and China’s men struck gold in the third edition of the FIBA 3×3 U18 Asia Cup, presented by Under Armour and Seri Mutiara, in Cyberjaya, Malaysia on May 26-28 2017.
Indonesia won their first major 3×3 national team tournament in a packed Gem-In shopping mall. After dropping their opening game in the pool phase, they went on to win their next four, including a dominating performance in the final against the Malaysian hosts (13-6).

The Philippine Men’s 3x3U18 Team composed of Rhayyan Amsali, Michael Malonzo, Harvey Pagsanjan and Andrew Velaso lost to Qatar (20-17) in the quarterfinals of the 2017 FIBA 3×3 U18 Asia Cup and now eliminated from the competition.

Philippines (Men/Women) enter QFs of FIBA 3×3 U18 Asia Cup
The Philippine Women’s 3×3 U18 Team composed of Melody Cac, Kristine Cayabyab, Reynalyn Ferrer and Mayu Goto finished 1st place in Pool D of the 2017 FIBA 3×3 U18 Asia Cup as they defeated Lebanon (21-12) and Bahrain (21-3). The team will play Singapore in the Quarterfinals tomorrow, May 28 at 2:20pm.
