Gilas Pilipinas defeats Elev8 in Tune-up Game

Gilas Pilipinas defeated Elev8, 93-84 in a tune-up game in Miami. Elev8 is composed of Cameron Bell, Donnavan Kirk, Kenny Kadji, Tola Akumalaf, George Naldjieff, Waverly Austin, Khyle Marshall, Ivan Aska, Drew Smith, Brian Asbury and Frank Gaines. Most of the Elev8 players played in the NBA D-League and Top College Teams in the US.

      Sorry for being a troll but this is a much lesser competition than the Gilas team is gonna face… Please bring another national team such as Mexico or Canada or even on half of the US team to play against the Gilas… They are gonna be in a tough bracket so they need a strong opponent on these tune ups.

        do you know what mexico is right now? they dont have Ayon and Mata with them. They are too weak right now. Canada is not the type of team that we will face in the world cup either. completely different game style. They will be facing Angola this friday and Frannce, Ukraine and australia next week.
