Philippines (Perlas Pilipinas) defeated Kazakhstan in overtime, 80-73

Perlas Pilipinas won their 4th straight game in the 2015 FIBA Asia Women’s Championship in Wuhan, China by beating Kazakhstan in overtime led by Merenciana Arayi with 28 points. Allana Lim contributed 17 points and 4 rebounds.
Shelley Anne Gupilan and Marizze Tongco with 10 points each. Afril Bernardino with 4 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists, 6 steals and 2 blocks.
Perlas Pilipinas now with 4-1 record and on top of the standings in Division B and will play in the next round against the last place team in Division A (India) for a chance to go to Division A (Elite Teams) in the 2017 FIBA Asia Women’s Championship.
