    Marcus Douthit
    Ranidel de Ocampo
Stanley Pringle (in)G- 6’1″- quick, shooter!
japeth Aguilar(in)- more mobile than Thoss, with defensive prowess
    LA Tenorio
Chris Lutz (in)- quick, shooter, a decent defender
    Jeff Chan
    Gabe Norwood
Kelly Williams (in)- quick, mobile, rebounder, slammer!
    Gary David
    Sol Mercado
Greg Slaughter(in)- will provide quality minutes, best back up for Marcus at 7’0″. can intimidate other big man on the other teams.
James Yap (in)- shooter, can drive to the basket at any given time and situation…

And if we are blessed to have a consistent rebounder as well as a defensive stopper in the likes of Javalle McGee, wow almost perfect na line up

    PG
    Jimmy Alapag (Leadership and stability)
LA Tenorio (Just remember the USA Game, no need for me to reason why him)

    SG
Jeff Chan (If you watched the tournament, he buried those threes like crazy)
Sol Mercado (The Handles and the way he leaves defenders is surely an asset)

    Power Forward
Japeth Aguilar (Though he’s potential is not yet realized, we need him to help Douthit, if you watch Jones Cup
we clearly lacked in Size inside)
Kelly Williams (Clearly a body inside the paint, a high leaper and a blue collar worker inside the paint)

    Small Forward
Gabe Norwood (A high leaper with a good shooting touch, can block shots and can handle the ball under pressure)
Arwind Santos (High Leaper, Scorer, threat inside the paint and a great defender)

    Center
MArcus Douthit (No Doubt everybody knows we depend on him inside offensively and Defensively)
Reavis/Reyes/Thoss (Although they cant replace what Douthit brings to the court, they are the only ones
(I can see that can hold up the fort when Douthit Gets tired, im a bit skeptical about
(Thoss, as upon watching Jones Cup, he hasnt really performed well in the 5 position).

Additional Players to fill the 12 man roster:
Gary David(SG) – We need his shooting specially under pressure
Larry Fonacier (SG) – Deadly shooter as well

Note: the reason why the 2 remaining addition are guards is because upon watching international competition
the 3 point shot is a very deadly ally and with shooters we can free up Douthit Inside and we can let
Norwood/Japeth/Santos do what they do best and that is score inside the paint and dominate the boards.
Of course i would also like to add a center to backup Douthit and his backup center. But as of now i cant
really think of any other center we can count on since ASI Taulava.

    @Boom
hahaha natawa naman ako dun pero sana nga makuha natin si Mcgee as a naturalized player someday in the future, but right now im really proud of our boys and how they won. Legend ka na LA Tenorio, Saludo ako sayo Lieutenant! Kudos! The Game played against the USA is one of historical importance since di lahat makakapagsabi na natalo nila ang USA, although this is not the USA NAtional Mens Team, The team you beat was pretty good and that bolsters our condifence in the coming FIBA Asia cup, keep it up guys and dun sa lineup, as long as its a lineup that will compete with a heart and will upgrade our lineup, i believe the filipino nation will have nothing to say but praises. The Nation is behind you Gilas 2.0, Salamat din po sa inyo sir MVP sa development and continuation ng Gilas. Kudos po!

  5. Athan says:

DUn dapat ilabas ng SG2.0 ang lahat ng galing nila at determination to get into Olympics>> eventually take that GOLD!!

  6. SANTER says:
