Bobby Ray Parks joins Gilas Pilipinas practice

Bobby Ray Parks Jr. is officially back in the Gilas Pilipinas player pool and joined Gilas practice as they resumed training today, June 20 for 3 tournaments in the next 2 months: Jones Cup, SEA Games and FIBA Asia Cup.

Unfortunately, Ray Parks will not be able to join Gilas in the Jones Cup as the line-up was already submmitted by Coach Chot Reyes, but he still has a chance to earn a slot for the 2017 SEA Games in Malaysia and the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup in Lebanon.

Also new to the Gilas Pool who attended the practice today: Raymar Jose, Kevin Alas, Baser Amer and Zac Benares.

Fil-Nigerian AJ Edu who stands 6’10 also joined Gilas practice as he will represent Philippines in 2017 FIBA 3×3 U18 World Cup. Read AJ Edu to debut for PH in the 2017 FIBA 3×3 U18 World Cup
