China will host 2019 FIBA World Cup
Congratulations China! The FIBA Central Board chose China as the host for the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup. The Final 2 candidates made their final bid presentation led by Manny Pacquiao, Jimmy Alapag and Lou Diamond Phillips for Philippines and Yao Ming for China.
According to FIBA, China got 14 votes while Philippines got only 7 votes.
