    1. When can we start redeeming the tickets?
    2. I had 2 Lower Box tickets reserved under Res. ID# #^$&$#. Not sure if these tickets were reserved under my given name, &^$(&^$( or nickname, ^&%(*&%. I have valid ID for the former but not for the latter. Please guide me how I can redeem the tickets in case they were reserved under my nickname, “*&%&*)%)&*”.
