good day, basketball fans.’twas just a friendly tune-up game (gilas vs turkey). have seen the highlights of the game but i still haven’t (and will never) lost hope in our chances of making it to the olympics. i firmly believe in our gilas players, mentored by their brilliant coaches. you are our source of inspiration and pride. just a simple advice though, please utilize the deadly duo of blatche (who could shoot, defend and rebound) and fajardo (who could help blatche in offensive/defensive rebounds/defense and score) AT THE SAME TIME AND MOST OF THE TIME… just like the game against senegal where gilas emerged as the winner, the duo could be a force to reckon with. please back them up with tall guards like parks, and shooters like de ocampo and chan. coach, let’s increase our chances of winning… first five should be blatche, fajardo, de ocampo, parks, chan or castro. gilas, i am so proud of you, never lost patience and hope. just do your best and keep the faith. gilas, we love you.
