Jordan Clarkson will play for Team USA in the 2016 NBA All-Stars

Jordan Clarkson is included in Team USA which will go up against Team World in the 2016 Rising Stars Challenge in the NBA All-Star Weekend happening on February 12, 2016.

Also in Team USA: Karl-Anthony Towns, Marcus Smart, D’Angelo Russell, Elfrid Payton, Jabari Parker, Jahlil Okafor, Nerlens Noel, Zach LaVine and Rodney Hood.

Team World will be led by Andrew Wiggins (Canada) along with Bojan Bogdanovic (Croatia), Clint Capela (Switzerland), Mario Hezonja (Croatia), Nikola Jokic (Serbia), Emmanuel Mudiay (Congo), Nikola Mirotic (Montenegro), Raul Neto (Brazil), Kristaps Porzingis (Latvia) and Dwight Powell (Canada).

    Will this affect his participation with Gilas representing the Philippines? I know the rule is if a player has already represented a country then he is automatically barred from playing for another.
