Indiana Pacers president of basketball operations and one of the best shooters in the NBA, Larry Bird is here in Manila for the NBA Global Games Philippines as the Indiana Pacers go up against the Houston Rockets tonight at Mall of Asia Arena.
Larry Bird has an advice to Gilas Pilipinas:
“As far as advice, you just gotta keep working and keep playing and anytime you’re in a competition and you move up, you gotta stay together. You’re gonna have your good days, your bad days, but overall if you just stay together and when everybody’s pulling in the same direction, it’s a lot easier.” – Larry Bird

Dapat talaga, intact pa din yung members ng team….. Dapat din, matagal din ang panahon ng training….. Kulang yung 45 days na training kumpara sa teams na nakakalaro natin….. Baka kailangan tlaga natin mag adopt sa international brand plays….. Kumuha na lang foreign coach….. Hinding natin matalo ang iran under local coach…… Yung gilas 1 kaya, tinalo natin ang iran sa isang fiba competition under ni rajko toroman….
