During a couple of timeouts in the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel vs Blackwater Elite game in Angeles City last December 5, 2015, Ginebra Team Governor Alfrancis Chua was seen smoking an e-cigarette during the huddle near the Ginebra players.

There is no existing law in the Philippines banning the use of e-cigarettes in public places, but the PBA can internally implement a rule on this. Do you think the PBA should ban the use of e-cigarettes on the hard court?
