Brooklyn Nets center Andray Blatche is one step away from being a naturalized Filipino after the Senate voted 20-0 to pass House Bill No. 4084. This is big news not only for Gilas Pilipinas fans but for other Countries that we will be facing in the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup in Spain.

Update: As of June 11, PNOY has signed the naturalization of Andray Blatche!
We just have to wait for the signature of President Benigno Aquino III to formalize the naturalization of Andray Blatche.
Good job Congress and Senate! We hope that both Congress and Senate can team up like this for other important laws.
