Beau Belga added to Gilas Pilipinas Pool
Beau Belga of Rain or Shine was added to the Gilas Pilipinas Player Pool for the FIBA Asia Championship and will join the team in Lithuania for their training camp.
After being named Best Player of the Game in an Exhibition Match by the PBA Selection against the Shanghai Sharks, Beau Belga was invited by Coach Chot Reyes to help in the Gilas Pilipinas practice sessions. And now, he will join the other 12 players in Lithuania, the one who were left behind due to their injuries were Sonny Thoss and Ryan Reyes, Greg Slaughter was not able to join because of his commitment to NLEX in the PBA D-League.
