Josh Reyes has been an Assistant Coach for Gilas Pilipinas for many years already under Coach Tab Baldwin and under his father Coach Chot Reyes, but this is the first time that he will be handling Gilas Pilipinas as Head Coach in the 2016 FIBA Asia Challenge.

Gilas Pilipinas 5.0 (former Gilas Cadets) will represent Philippines in the 2016 FIBA Asia Challenge from September 9-18, 2016 in Tehran, Iran.

Gilas Pilipinas wrapped up their Training Camp in Greece and now in Istanbul, Turkey for their 1st tune-up game abroad against the Turkey National Basketball team tomorrow, June 21.
Gilas Pilipinas players and coaching staff arrived in Greece safely and will start training for the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
Gilas Pilipinas 3.0 Players arrived in Estonia and went around the city as posted in the Instagram Accounts of Josh Reyes, Jimmy Alapag and Asi Taulava. First match will be tomorrow, August 20 vs Netherlands at 10:30pm Manila Time.
