Philippines Schedule for Jones Cup 2018
Recent UAAP and FilOil Flying V Champion Ateneo Blue Eagles will represent Philippines in the 2018 William Jones Cup from July 14-22, 2018 at the Xinzhuang Gymnasium, New Taipei City, Taiwan. Ateneo is currently being coached by former Gilas Pilipinas Head Coach Tab Baldwin.

New Gilas Cadets Program
Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas or SBP is reviving the Gilas Cadets Program where amateur players will train and represent the Philippine National Basketball Team for the next 3 years.

Paul Lee is confirmed to be out of the Gilas Pilipinas player pool for the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament because of a recurring knee injury while Marcio Lassiter joins Gilas Pilipinas practice even if with a minor knee injury.

Thomas Anthony Baldwin was born on May 16, 1958 in Jacksonville, Florida. Tab Baldwin is currently the Head Coach of Gilas Pilipinas and the Ateneo Blue Eagles in the UAAP. Happy Birthday!
