PBA in Dubai Results
The PBA had a successful stint in Dubai as Rain or Shine, GlobalPort and Ginebra played for the Filipino community in the United Arab Emirates.
In the first game, Rain or Shine defeated GlobalPort, 119-112 as they survived a 40-point game by Terrence Romeo, while JR Quinahan also had a career-high 24 points for ROS. Read recap: Rain or Shine defeats GlobalPort in Dubai for 1st win
In the second game, Barangay Ginebra won over Rain or Shine, 93-81 led by Mark Caguioa who scored 16 points in the 1st quarter alone, LA Tenorio who finished with 20 points and Japeth Aguilar, who played his 1st game this conference after an injury to score 15 points and grab 10 rebounds. 2015 Slam Rising Stars Classic Highlights Video
The top 24 high school basketball players (Future Gilas Pilipinas players) played in the 2015 Slam Rising Stars Classic last March 29, 2015. Team Punks defeated Team Hype, 103-95. JV Gallego and Jboy Gob were named co-Most Valuable Players.

2015 FIBA 3×3 U18 Format and Schedule
Philippines (#17) is included in Pool A with Hungary (#1), Poland (#8), Kazakhstan (#9), Uruguay (#16) and Russia (#24) in the 2015 FIBA 3×3 U18 World Championships to be held at Debrecen, Hungary from June 4-7, 2015.

Single round robin then top 4 teams from each Pool will advance to the Round of 16 then play knockout games all the way to the Finals.

Jordan Clarkson to visit Manila this weekend
Los Angeles Lakers Guard Jordan Clarkson who was recently named into the NBA All-Rookie First Team will visit Manila this weekend along with NBA Legend Horace Grant and Utah Guard Trey Burke to celebrate the NBA Playoffs with Filipino NBA Fans.
NBA Philippines is also bringing the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Thunder Girls and Charlotte Hornets’ mascot Hugo the Hornet.

Parks, Van Opstal replaced by Amer, Rivero in SEA Games Roster
Bobby Ray Parks and Arnold Van Opstal is out of the SEA Games Roster because of injuries and will be replaced by Baser Amer and Prince Rivero for the 2015 SEA Games Basketball in Singapore from June 9-15, 2015.
PBA goes to Dubai
Three PBA Teams (Rain or Shine, GlobalPort and Barangay Ginebra) will play in Dubai, United Arab Emirates this week at the Al Shabab, Al Arabi Club as part of the 2015 PBA Governors Cup.
