Gilas rookie Roger Pogoy of TNT Ka Tropa was fined 30k for an unprovoked & unsportsmanlike act with intent to hurt by deliberately hitting the groin of Arwind Santos in Game 2 of the 2017 PBA Commissioners Cup Finals. San Miguel won the game to tie the series at 1-1.
