June Mar Fajardo with a strained calf injury and might not be able to play in the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup which will start on August 8 in Beirut, Lebanon.
According to San Miguel Beer officials, Fajardo suffered the injury in their last game against TNT Ka Tropa where he scored 27 points. June Mar will still join the team in Lebanon but might not suit up for Gilas Pilipinas.
Gilas Pilipinas will also miss the services of Andray Blatche and was replaced by Christian Standhardinger as our naturalized player.
