Asian Games Update: Douthit In, Blatche Out

Marcus Douthit and Andray Blatche

According to Coach Chot Reyes via Twitter (@coachot), Andray Blatche is confirmed to be out of the Asian Games Roster due to the 3 year residency rule of the Olympic Council of Asia or OCA.

Coach Chot Reyes also mentioned, that he needs to get Marcus Douthit in game shape, we now assume that Marcus Douthit is set to replace Andray Blatche in the Asian Games Roster.

  3. kaya yan ng gilas mag gold basta the same preparation na ginawa nila sa fiba world at may kasamang tiwala at puso magtatagumpay sila PUSO at UTAK

  4. If we can have a little style of playing of andray blatche in Marcus Douthit.. an all around player we be more comfortable. Let andray come to the Phil and join the gilas training, teaching Marcus some technic.or a tuneup game with selection from pba and blatche on the other side of the team.suggestion Lang coach .
