Congratulations China! The FIBA Central Board chose China as the host for the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup. The Final 2 candidates made their final bid presentation led by Manny Pacquiao, Jimmy Alapag and Lou Diamond Phillips for Philippines and Yao Ming for China.

To support our bid to host the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup, there will be an event on June 12, 2015 starting 12:30pm at the Smart Araneta Coliseum Red Gate Parking. This is to show FIBA that we are the World’s Most Valuable Basketball Fan!
The event will feature Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas officials, PBA players and celebrities and will be part of the final presentation of Philippines to FIBA.
