Bobby Ray Parks came back to Manila recently after playing for the Texas Legends in the NBA D-League. Ray Parks Jr is planning to join Gilas Pilipinas practice when it resumes in the middle of May after the 2016 PBA Commissioners Cup.

Only 13 Healthy Players in Gilas Pilipinas Practice

Only 13 players participated in the training of Gilas Pilipinas in their once-a-week Monday practice last night at the Moro Lorenzo Gym in Ateneo. Calvin Abueva, Jeff Chan, Ranidel de Ocampo, Matt Ganuelas-Rosser, Gabe Norwood, Marc Pingris, Troy Rosario, LA Tenorio, Moala Tautuaa and also amateur players Kevin Ferrer, Kiefer Ravena, Mac Belo and Russel Escoto were the only healthy players available to train under Coach Tab Baldwin.

Coming from a game in the PBA D-League, Mac Belo joined Gilas Pilipinas practice for the 1st time at the Moro Lorenzo Sports Center in Ateneo Campus. His teammate in FEU Roger Pogoy attended practice also but just watched from the sidelines because of an injury.

Almost complete attendance in Gilas Pilipinas 2nd practice

After having only 13 players in the 1st practice of Gilas Pilipinas last week, it was almost a complete turnout as only Terrence Romeo and Ian Sangalang were absent in the 2nd week of training at the Moro Lorenzo Sports Center in Ateneo Campus.
