The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) announced the appointment of Yeng Guiao as Head Coach of Gilas Pilipinas in the next window of the 2019 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers this September.
Coach Jong Uichico will handle the Gilas Pilipinas team in the 2017 SEA Games which starts this Sunday, August 20 and former Thailand Coach Tim Lewis has been helping the team prepare specially for our 1st game against Thailand.

Another Coaching change in Ginebra as Ato Agustin is back as head coach replacing Jeff Cariaso.
No word yet on what will happen to Jeff Cariaso and Assistant Coach Olsen Racela but they maybe back at Purefoods.
