After representing Philippines in the 2017 FIBA 3×3 World Cup just a few days ago, Kobe Paras and Kiefer Ravena joined Gilas Pilipinas practice at the Meralco Gym, Jeron Teng was also present but was still sick (flu) and did not join the drills.

Philippines will not advance to the quarterfinals after losing to No. 2 ranked Slovenia, 21-14 in the 2017 FIBA 3×3 World Cup in Nantes, France. Kiefer Ravena had his best game against Slovenia with 7 points while Kobe Paras scored 4 points.

Kobe Paras fell short with just a total of 50 points in the 2017 FIBA 3×3 World Cup Dunk Contest Qualifier and will not advance to the next round. In his 1st dunk, Kobe Paras scored 27 points and just 23 points in his 2nd attempt as he jumped over Kiefer Ravena wearing a Vince Carter jersey.
