Gilas Pilipinas will play in the 2025 Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) starting December 15, 2025 to be held at Nimibutr Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Gilas Pilipinas won the Gold Medal in the 2017 SEA Games Men’s Basketball, the 12th straight and 17 overall Gold for Philippines. Indonesia with the Silver and Thailand with the Bronze Medal.

Perlas Pilipinas Beat Vietnam, 118-44 in the 2017 SEA Games Women’s Basketball in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Cindy Resultay led Philippines with 26 points (8/9 FGs) and also with 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 8 steals.
