Japeth Aguilar out 12 weeks due to injured finger
After being part of the original Smart Gilas team and Gilas Pilipinas, Japeth Aguilar of Barangay Ginebra San Miguel may miss the 2015 FIBA Asia Championship due to a broken finger and needs around 12 weeks for recovery.
Bobby Ray Parks to skip 2015 PBA Rookie Draft
Bobby Ray Parks will not join the 2015 PBA Rookie Draft. Deadline for application for the Rookie Draft is August 7.
Gabe Norwood only ROS player in Gilas 3.0
Gabe Norwood will be the only player from Rain or Shine Elasto Painters who will be part of the Gilas Pilipinas player pool for the 2015 FIBA Asia Championship.

Gilas Pilipinas had their 1st practice under Coach Tab Baldwin yesterday, July 29 at the Meralco Gym in preparation for the 2015 FIBA Asia Championship which starts September 23.

At 42 years old, Asi Taulava of NLEX Road Warriors is reported to have been included in the Gilas Pilipinas player pool which will be announced on Monday, August 3.
