Philippines beat Poland, 20-14 and also beat Turkmenistan, 21-14 in Day 3 of the 2017 FIBA 3×3 U18 World Cup as they ended the elimination round with a 3-1 record.

Ariel John (AJ) Edu, Rhayyan Amsali, Juan Gomez de Liano and Florencio (Encho) Serrano will represent Philippines in the 2017 FIBA 3×3 U18 World Cup to be held from June 28 to July 3, 2017 in Chengdu, China.

Philippines lost to Qatar in the Finals of the 2016 FIBA 3×3 U18 Asian Championships held in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Despite the loss, Philippines still qualified for the 2017 FIBA 3×3 U18 World Championships.

Philippines lost to Qatar in the 2016 FIBA 3×3 U18 Asian Championships Finals, 21-9. The Philippine 3×3 U18 Men’s Team composed of Rhayyan Amsali, John Lloyd Clemente, John Martin Galinato and Kyle Christian Tan settled for a Silver Medal.
