Gilas Pilipinas Basketball

July 21 – Lithuania defeated Gilas Pilipinas, 91-80 in the 2017 William Jones Cup in Taipei, Taiwan. Import Mike Myers and Kiefer Ravena with 14 points each in the 3rd loss of Gilas.

Matthew Wright and Roger Pogoy with 13 points each. Lithuania shot 14/36 from the three-point line while Gilas was only 7/23 from 3. Philippines was also outrebounded, 32-23 and Lithuania with a total of 19 assists compared to only 8 assists.

Next game will be against India tomorrow, July 22, 1pm.
