Congratulation Smart Gilas for being in the top 4 after 24 yrs. Smart Gilas Program is really the best program for the Philippine Basketball. Unlike before when BAP is the national sports association they have no program for international tournament. UC performance at 2011 universaide 0-5 with and average scoring gap of 50 plus. Politica talaga itong BAP. Good luck guys! If unecessary roughness is needed, i suggest you implement it but in a smart way and when you think can get away with it with the refs. Just play smart heads up always!
