Joshua Munzon is currently the No. 1 Filipino 3×3 player (and also the No. 1 pick in the recent PBA draft) while Alvin Pasaol is ranked No. 2 while both CJ Perez and Mo Tautuaa were part of the team that won the Gold Medal in the 31st SEA Games 3×3 Basketball.

The 2021 FIBA 3×3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament will be held in Graz, Austria from May 26-30. Gilas Pilipinas 3×3 is in Group C along with Slovenia, France, Qatar and Dominican Republic. The top 3 teams in the OQT will advance to the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
