Gilas Pilipinas grouped with Serbia, Italy and Angola
Gilas Pilipinas will face Serbia, Italy and Angola in the preliminary round of the 2019 FIBA World Cup from August 31 to September 15.
In the current FIBA World Ranking for Men, Serbia is ranked 5th, Italy 13th, Angola 39th and Philippines at Rank 31.
Philippines is in Group D and will play at the Foshan International Sports and Cultural Center in Foshan, China.
The draw was held last March 16 in Shenzhen, China with Kobe Bryant as guest.
