Hope to see you guys in China – Jordan Clarkson
Jordan Clarkson recently posted a message on his instagram account regarding the qualification of Gilas Pilipinas in the FIBA World Cup.

But as of now, FIBA still does not recognize Jordan Clarkson as a local and may only play for Gilas Pilipinas as a naturalized player and this means only Andray Blatche or Jordan Clarkson or another naturalized player can play for Philippines in the 2019 FIBA World Cup since you can only use 1 naturalized player per FIBA tournament.
Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas or SBP is working hard to get Jordan Clarkson approved as a local and hopefully FIBA will approve before the FIBA World Cup in China.
Jordan Clarkson represented Philippines in the recent Asian Games coached also by Yeng Guiao but eligibility rules in the Asian Games are different from FIBA.
