Gilas Pilipinas Basketball

After winning the Gold Medal in the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou China, Tim Cone was officially appointed as Gilas Pilipinas Head Coach as announced today, January 29 by Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas or SBP.

Also part of the coaching staff is Richard del Rosario as Team Manager of Gilas Pilipinas, he is currently the top assistant coach of Tim Cone in Barangay Ginebra.

Next for Gilas Pilipinas is the 1st window of the FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers where Gilas Pilipinas will face Hong Kong on the road on February 22 and will face Chinese-Taipei on February 25 at the PhilSports Arena. Gilas Pilipinas will also participate in the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament this July to be held in Latvia.
