Paul Lee was named Finals MVP in the 2016 PBA Commissioners Cup as Rain or Shine won the Title by beating Alaska in the series, 4-2. This is the 1st Finals MVP Award for the Paul Lee.

Rain or Shine Elasto Painters defeated Alaska Aces, 109-92 in Game 6 of the 2016 PBA Commissioners Cup Finals to win the series 4-2 and capture the Commissioners Cup Title. Paul Lee with 20 points and was 4/5 from 3.
