After playing in the NBL in Australia, Kai Sotto made his debut for the Hiroshima Dragonflies in the B.LEAGUE in Japan last March 9, 2023. Kai Sotto finished with 10 points, 3 blocks, 2 rebounds and 1 steal in 19 minutes of playing time as they lost to Ryukyu Golden Kings, 86-78.
