Gilas Pilipinas lost to Kazakhstan, 92-88 to start the 5th window of the 2019 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers. Stanley Pringle with 29 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds.

Kazakhstan shot 12 out of 23 from the three-point line led by Alexandr Zhugylin with 30 points (6/12 from 3). June Mar Fajardo with 14 points and 13 rebounds while Marcio Lassiter scored 13 points.

Philippines shot only 8 out of 23 from the three-point line. LA Tenorio with 8 points while Gabe Norwood contributed 7. Greg Slaughter who made his Gilas debut played for 4:55 minutes only and did not score a point.

Gilas Pilipinas will have their last home game on December 3 against Iran at the Mall of Asia Arena.

    Now what PBA? ? ? 2 weeks is enough for the pool selected players to be release by their mother clubs? ? ? No way!!!
