Gilas Pilipinas lost to Kazakhstan, 92-88 to start the 5th window of the 2019 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers. Stanley Pringle with 29 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds.

Kazakhstan shot 12 out of 23 from the three-point line led by Alexandr Zhugylin with 30 points (6/12 from 3). June Mar Fajardo with 14 points and 13 rebounds while Marcio Lassiter scored 13 points.
