Rodrigue Ebondo made the game-winning layup for Cafe France and finished with 18 points, 11 rebounds, and 7 blocks.
Cafe France led for most of the game until Hapee made a run in the 4th quarter led by Chris Newsome, Troy Rosario and Nico Elorde.
