San Miguel Beer with come from behind win in Game 1
After being down by 22 points, San Miguel Beermen came back in the 4th quarter to defeat Rain or Shine Elasto Painters led by June Mar Fajardo with 36 points and 18 rebounds. Chris Ross led the comeback in the last quarter and finished with 7 points and 7 steals.
Beau Belga and JR Quinahan combined for 38 points but Rain or Shine fell short in Game 1 of the 2015-2016 PBA Philippine Cup Semifinals. Arwind Santos contributed 19 points and 17 rebounds for the Beermen while Ronald Tubid with 15 points. Paul Lee is back from an injury with 8 points but missed a crucial 3-pointer and had a turnover in the end game.
SMB now lead series 1-0.
