SEABA moved to May 2017 and FIBA Asia Cup Rescheduled also

The 2017 SEABA Championship will now be held from May 15-21 instead of April 23-30 to accommodate local players from the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) and the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL).

Philippines will host the 2017 SEABA Championship, no official venue yet. The current ABL Season ends April 2017 while the IBL Season will end May 7. This means players in ABL and IBL can join their respective national teams in the SEABA Championship.

FIBA also rescheduled the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup from August 17-27 to August 10-20 to be held in Beirut, Lebanon due to the conflict with the 2017 Southeast Asian Games also this August.

the curent gilas 5.0 team is impressive, but something’s lacking – they’re slaughter and ray parks jr. in every minute, sana may twin tower combo at 5 and 4 (either blatche-fajardo, slaughter-aguilar, or blatche-slaughter, slaughter-fajardo). ok na sa 3, 2 at 1 positions. sana madagdag lang si ray parks jr, he’ll surely be an asset to the gilas team.
